Certified Yoga Teacher
Supporting students through accessible, sustainable yoga and movement practices that strengthen the mind-body connection with calm, compassion, and balance
Hi, I’m Brandi! I am a certified yoga teacher and have been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years. With a background in psychology, I love weaving mindfulness and therapeutic breathwork into the classes I teach.
I am also passionate about anatomy, alignment, and biomechanics, and I am dedicated to teaching yoga and movement that are both accessible and sustainable. Yoga has changed and improved my life in many wonderful ways, and I am passionate about sharing this beautiful practice and its benefits with others.
My Therapeutic Approach
My classes combine ancient yoga principles and modern movement science to educate and empower students to move and feel better in their bodies. I use therapeutic breathwork and mindfulness techniques to support the nervous system and strengthen the mind-body connection.
