Your Dream Team
Christopher Lee, M.A
Registered Provisional Psychologist (he/him)
Supporting teens, adults, couples, and families with compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Hey! I’m Christopher, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who values flexibility, deep connection, and even a bit of fun in the therapeutic process. I strive to meet you wherever you are in life’s journey, whether that means diving deep into difficult experiences or helping you untangle what feels confusing or stuck.
I aim to listen wholeheartedly and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be authentic and transparent. I believe therapy is about progress (no matter how small), not perfection, and that the journey can feel a lot smoother when we’re able to exhale and share a few laughs along the way.
My Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrated approach anchored in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. I believe that through curiosity, compassion, and a strong therapeutic relationship, meaningful growth and change are possible, and that therapy can support you in building a life that feels worth living.
My work is grounded in a relational framework, drawing from:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Experiential approaches
Somatic therapy
Existential therapy
This approach often involves turning inward and gently listening to the sensations in the body. Many painful or frightening experiences can be held there, and by bringing awareness to both our inner world and the space between us, healing and repair can begin. Together, we explore emotional patterns and responses that may no longer serve you, even if they once helped you survive or feel safe.
Over time, this process can lead to greater freedom, flexibility, and the ability to engage more fully with what truly matters to you, or to become the person you want to be in the world.
My Areas of Focus
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating complex emotions, relationships, and life experiences. Many of the people I work with are seeking deeper understanding, healing, and a sense of meaning, often after feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I strive to offer a space grounded in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity, where you don’t need to have things figured out and can show up exactly as you are.
Areas I often support include:
Complex trauma (including neglect, abuse, and spiritual trauma)
Shame and challenges with self-worth
Identity, meaning, and existential concerns
Relationship and attachment patterns
Neurodiversity, including ADHD

If you’re curious about working together, I’d be happy to connect. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
