Hi, I’m Dr. Elaine. I believe healthy personal relationships are built on a foundation of attachment, healthy problem-solving, boundaries, and forgiveness. In my work, I support patients in exploring these important parts of their relationships and personal growth with care, creativity, and hope.

I have been a Registered Psychologist in Alberta since 2010 and hold a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology. As an NIHB-approved provider, I am committed to offering accessible, culturally informed care that supports each person’s unique needs.

My approach is strengths-based, creative, and highly individualized. I believe that therapy should be shaped around the needs of each person, while being grounded in science, connection, and hope.
