Hi, I’m Ogeh Cynthia. My work is a deep-rooted passion, and with over eight years of experience, I am committed to offering care that feels thoughtful, supportive, and personalized to you. I recognize that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore, grow, and heal at a pace that feels right for you.
As an immigrant woman and parent, my own personal journey has deeply influenced the way I practice. This perspective allows me to connect with people navigating new challenges, life transitions, cultural experiences, or similar paths of change. I believe deeply in each person’s ability to overcome challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life.
